Google Mischief?? ;-)
Susan Dumais- This is a well known name in the Micros**t circles- She works for MS, as Senior Researcher, Adaptive Systems & Interaction Group, Microsoft Research.But Google her and see the Adsense results [they are supposed to be sponsered links- Now, I wonder who would have sponsered this- Google?;-)] that pop up before the results in the search page, you would be surprised to find the Advertisement by Google, saying that, it is hiring Experts in Statistical Language Processing- the same area as she is currently working on in Micros**t!
So, isnt this a naughtier way to seduce the experts- Google?. Isn't this is a nice way of enticing the people you want?..Though, I wonder would she be willing to work for Google!- Nice try Google!

i'm actually commenting for that post on subtle racism you'd written before....god, those pictures, and the words....i can't believe US is this bad!! and what's hurting is people still want to go and settle/work there!
@Vani: No Vani!..It is not that way!..America isnt that bad, as it is made out to be!..Think of it in this way!!. America is so liberal that people can write waht they want!...also remember, the news items were written by two different people, at two different circumstances and two different time frames...n we dont know what exactly happened!...Though at first sight, it appears as Racism, it might not be so...
